Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking a RoofField Inspector to join our network of independent contractors. You will assess steep and high roofs, document exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using modern technology.

As an Independent Contractor, you will manage inspections, maintain professional communication with insureds, and deliver accurate reports to support rapid catastrophe response and claims resolution.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely inspect steep and high roofs.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with precise reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roofing inspections for exterior and interior damage on steep/high roofs.
• Utilize lidar and mobile devices to document findings and support underwriting inspections.
