Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. is hiring Delivery Material Handlers in Huntsville, AL to assist in safe and accurate delivery of materials from the warehouse to job sites.

You will unload orders, help load products onto rooftops, and operate delivery equipment, including forklift, while maintaining high safety standards. Responsibilities include loading/unloading vehicles, securing loads, providing excellent customer service, and supporting warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 75-100 lbs consistently.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and climb ladders throughout shift.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work on rooftops.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Adhering to all safety policies, including wearing safety harness and other required equipment.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Assisting with loading products onto rooftops.
• Assisting in maneuvering delivery vehicles.
• Delivering product in non-CDL required vehicles.
• Providing superior customer service.
• Double checking all loads for accuracy and ensuring that they are thoroughly secured for delivery.
• Providing warehouse support as needed.
• Responsibilities may include assisting with delivery of materials to customers or jobsites and delivery functions including unloading and staging of product at jobsites as assigned.
• Performing all duties safely.
