Job summary

Solette Seattle is seeking a reliable Busser to support our elevated rooftop service team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in maintaining a clean, guest-ready dining environment in a fast-paced setting.

You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, keep glassware and service areas spotless, and help ensure smooth service with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear, reset, and maintain tables promptly.
• Keep dining areas, service stations, and patio spaces clean and guest-ready.
• Refill water, assist with food running, and respond to guest needs as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of glassware, flatware, and service equipment.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth service flow.
