• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale environment.
• Cocktail knowledge and bar etiquette required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, flawless, high-touch service in a high-volume rooftop environment.
• Craft cocktails following recipes with precision and flair.
• Keep the bar stocked, prepped, and clean for the next rush.
• Coordinate with servers, barbacks, and leadership to maintain flow.
• Engage with guests in an elevated, on-brand manner.
• Handle tabs and payments accurately.

• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
