Arts Alley, a lively bar and dining concept operated by The Duprey Companies in New Hampshire, seeks energetic Bartenders to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced setting. You will mix drinks, interact with guests, and help maintain a vibrant atmosphere while upholding state liquor laws.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail in beverage preparation, POS transactions, and maintaining bar cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Education or Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years hospitality experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and communicate effectively with management and guests.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to read and interpret financial information, prepare budgets, apply fractions and percentages, and pay attention to detail.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to identify problems, collect data, draw conclusions, and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of food, beverage, and guest service quality.
• Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times.
• Serve drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor guests’ needs and refill drinks as needed.
• Clear bar between courses and after guests depart.
• Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar.
• Follow NH State Liquor Laws.
• Communicate with the manager about kitchen delays or service issues.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work well with a diverse group of people.
