You will maintain bar cleanliness, handle POS transactions, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with local alcohol laws. Previous high-volume bar experience and server collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is required.
• Expert knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Must be of legal drinking age and have required state/local certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and precision.
• Interact with guests professionally, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area in compliance with sanitation standards.
• Manage transactions at the POS and handle cash/credit accurately.
• Monitor and restock inventory of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and comply with laws.
• Contribute to cocktail menu development and specials.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
