1 Hotels South Beach is seeking a Barback for our rooftop restaurant, WATR. This part-time role supports the bartender across all responsibilities and helps create an unforgettable guest experience in a fast-paced environment that operates around the clock.

We look for someone passionate about Food & Beverage with prior similar work, a team player who is detail oriented and flexible about shifts. Tips are provided in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• Passionate about Food and Beverage with previous similar work experience.
• Basic knowledge of Food and Beverage operations, team player, hard worker and detail oriented.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Support the bartender across all responsibilities to create a memorable guest experience.
• Assist in maintaining bar area organization, stock, and cleanliness.
