Duties

• Inspect problem roofs to determine repair procedures
• Set up ladders for safe access to roofs
• Use construction knowledge to repair roofs and leaks
• Determine materials needed for repairs and installation
• Respond to inquiries and resolve roofing issues
• Other duties as directed by supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to speak and understand English
• Ability to do heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs.)
• Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and maintain good balance
• Valid Driver License, clean driving record, and acceptable MVR
• Willing to work in all climates
