We’re hiring experienced Residential Roofers who take pride in high-quality work and want to be rewarded based on performance. If you're skilled in shingle, tile, foam, or flat roof systems, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Install new residential roofs, perform full re-roofs, retrofits, and roof repairs.
• Work with shingle, tile, foam, and flat roof systems.
• Identify roof issues and complete high-quality repairs (flashing, underlayment, leak fixes).
• Ensure all roof penetrations are sealed and meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain clean, safe work sites and follow local codes and company standards.
• Support occasional warranty and service calls.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in residential roofing (shingle, tile, flat roof).
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and repair techniques.
• Experience using standard roofing tools and safety equipment.
• Able to climb ladders, work at heights, and in various weather conditions.
• Can lift 75–100 lbs and perform physical work including bending and kneeling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR for the past 5 years.
