CentiMark Corporation is seeking Laborers (Roofing) to join a focused team in the Somerville area. The role emphasizes attention to detail, initiative, and reliability on a variety of commercial roof systems. On-the-job training and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities include leak repairs and maintenance under a Foreperson, with opportunities for growth within a leading North American roofing contractor. Applicants should be able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to 25 feet.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication/people skills
• Analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Valid state drivers license (in good standing) is required
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic, and Shingles a plus

Responsibilities

• This position will be responsible for leak repairs, small repair jobs and maintenance for various commercial roof systems under the direction of a Foreperson.
