Responsibilities include leak repairs and maintenance on multiple roof systems under a Foreperson's direction. We prize attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork, with comprehensive benefits and a company-wide safety culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and timelines.
• Strong communication and people skills for teamwork.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid state driver's license in good standing.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic, or Shingles is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years roofing experience.
