Job summary

Daniels Property Group (DPG) is expanding its national roofing team to support Daniels Health facilities across North America. The Roofing Technician will perform inspections, repairs, maintenance, and replacements on Daniels-owned buildings.

You will travel extensively, work with the Roofing Foreman/ Superintendent, and ensure safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and high-quality workmanship across projects nationwide. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen and metal roofing.
• Knowledge of roofing safety practices and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof inspections, repairs, replacements, and maintenance on Daniels-owned facilities.
• Operate roofing tools, equipment, lifts, and fall protection safely.
• Load and organize materials at project sites while maintaining safety.
• Collaborate with Roofing Foreman to complete projects on schedule.
• Travel extensively to support Daniels facilities nationwide.

Job description

Daniels Property Group (DPG) is the real estate partner of Daniels Health, supporting the acquisition, development, construction, and management of healthcare and industrial facilities across North America. As Daniels continues to expand, DPG is building an internal construction team responsible for maintaining, improving, and protecting our facilities.

We’re looking for motivated Roofing Technicians to join our national roofing team. Working alongside our Roofing Foreman / Superintendent, you'll travel throughout the United States performing roof inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, and roof replacement projects on Daniels-owned facilities.

Unlike traditional roofing contractors, our work is focused on improving and maintaining our own properties—allowing for consistent, high-quality workmanship without chasing the next bid.

What you will do

• Perform commercial roof repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, flashing, sealants, and associated components.
• Assist with roof inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Safely operate roofing tools, equipment, lifts, and fall protection systems.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at project sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA regulations and Daniels safety procedures at all times.
• Work closely with the Roofing Foreman / Superintendent to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Support additional facility improvement and construction projects as needed.
• Travel extensively throughout the United States to support Daniels facilities.

What we are looking for

• Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
