Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the world leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, seeks an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support our Corona office's sales team. You will travel to customer sites, inspect roofs, and gather data to inform proposals.

In this role you’ll measure roofs, estimate material and labor needs, and work closely with sales to create accurate quotes, with on-the-job training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong people skills.
• Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and estimating software.
• General construction or roofing sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to climb ladders to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations and inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas.
• Measure commercial roofs and estimate material and labor needs.
• Work with sales to provide accurate information for proposals.
• Assist in marketing for new accounts.
