Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, is hiring an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support Sales Representatives in the greater Cumming, Gainesville, and Marietta areas. You will report to the Duluth office once per week.

The role involves traveling to customer sites, inspecting roofs, measuring dimensions, and helping prepare proposals with the sales team.

Qualifications

• MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software proficiency.
• General construction, roofing and/or construction sales experience.
• A valid driver's license in good standing.
• Able to climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Experience with commercial roofing systems (THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS) preferred, but training provided.
• College Degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas.
• Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof.

This position pays $50k - $55k plus premier benefits and annual bonus opportunity.

Job Summary:

Candidate Requirements:

• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
• General Construction, Roofing and/or construction sales experience
• A valid driver’s license in good standing
• Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individual
• College Degree inConstruction Management or similarpreferred
