Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, seeks an entry-level Roofing Technical Representative to support our Dallas, TX office. Travel to customer locations, inspect roofs and assist the sales team with proposals.

This role offers $60k-$65k plus premier benefits, including health plans, vision, 401(k) options, ESOP, and a company vehicle. Training will be provided; prior roofing knowledge is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; experience with bid estimating software.
• General construction, roofing and sales experience.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Able to climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Experience with commercial roofing systems preferred; will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ locations and inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas.
• Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof.
• Work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for proposals.
• Assist in marketing for new accounts.
