Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on roofing experience, 1 year or more in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Proficiency in shingle and metal roofing systems, flat roofing is preferred
• Strong knowledge of roofing safety standards and OSHA regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project plans
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct roofing crews on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Ensure all roofing installations meet quality standards and project specifications
• Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
• Coordinate daily workflow, crew scheduling, and material logistics
• Communicate project updates and progress to management
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to maintain high performance standards
• Inspect completed work and address any issues or deficiencies before project close-out
