Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience with 1-2 years in a lead role.
• Proficiency with TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, or built-up roofing.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and fall protection.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct commercial roofing crews on job sites to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and flat roofs.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout all phases of roofing projects.
• Coordinate daily workflow, crew scheduling, and material logistics to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols on all job sites.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues to management and clients.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate roofing crew members to maintain high performance standards.
