Job summary

Kingdom Roofing is seeking a Roofing Site Supervisor to oversee the installation process for remodels in Central Indiana. You will collaborate with installation partners, customers, and our Production support team to ensure quality outcomes and timely communication.

The role requires 12-18 months of residential roofing hands-on experience, knowledge of roof systems, and a valid driver’s license. Base pay ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 with total compensation of $59,000 to $74,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standards.

Position Title:

Roofing Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the roofing installation process for Kingdom Roofing. You will work closely with our installation partners, the customer, and our Production support team to ensure a quality remodel. Candidates with excellent communication, documentation skills, and prior hands-on experience will be successful in this vital role.

Compensation & Benefits:

Total Comp - $59,000-$74,000

Bonus Opportunity - $4,000

Base Pay - $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience and proven track record, with benefits including:
