Qualifications

• Experience managing roofing or construction projects.
• Strong communication with clients throughout installation.
• Knowledge of roofing terminology and basic construction processes.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and compliant practices.
• Experience with industry-specific software or tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during installation.
• Provide regular updates to keep homeowners informed and satisfied.
• Oversee roofing, siding, and window installations per contract specs.
• Conduct inspections using start/progress/completion checklists to stay organized.
• Ensure installations meet or exceed company quality standards and foster teamwork.
