Sexton Roofing & Siding in the Pioneer Valley invites an energetic In-Home Sales professional to join our team. You will meet homeowners in their homes, diagnose needs, and tailor roofing or siding solutions with clear proposals.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, with a base salary plus uncapped commission and room to advance into leadership as you demonstrate results. Reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or college/military experience showing drive and discipline.
• Comfortable presenting price and closing in person, not just generating interest.
• Knowledge of roofing/siding terminology or ability to learn quickly.
• Direct communicator who can explain a technical scope to homeowners clearly.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Available evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure (base + commission).

Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales appointments for roofing and siding, diagnosing homeowner needs and building tailored solutions.
• Inspect roof, attic, and exterior to ensure accurate information for proposals.
• Build and present proposals with clear scope, pricing, and timeline.
• Handle objections and price discussions with a value-focused approach.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, notes, proposals, and next steps; hand off closed projects to production with clear expectations.
