Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Roofing Service Technician/Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing service work on multifamily and commercial properties and conducting complete roof inspections, including steep slope roofs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on roofing systems.
• Conduct thorough and complete roof inspections to identify leaks and common deficiencies, including locating leaks during inspections.
• Set up and climb ladders (up to 40 feet) safely; familiarity with operating man lifts is a plus.
• Travel throughout the United States approximately 85% of the time; ideally reside within 30 miles of a major airport, no more than 60 miles away.
• Utilize roofing software applications (experience with CenterPoint, FCS, etc. is a plus).
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members via email, texts, phone calls, and apps.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of field experience in roofing; experience with exterior repairs like siding, gutters, windows, and doors is preferred.
• Strong background in roof maintenance, general repair, and construction.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proficient with smartphones and operational software; tech-savvy with email and internet.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged; fluency in English required.
• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read and write proficiently is required.
