This position performs roof inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, leak investigations, and service work on commercial and residential roofing systems.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, customer-focused, and skilled at diagnosing roofing problems, performing quality repairs, and working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and repair roofing issues, including leaks and storm damage.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial and residential roofing systems.

Troubleshoot and identify sources of roof leaks and other roofing problems.

Document findings with photographs and detailed service reports.
