Qualifications

• 2+ years of roofing experience with a strong residential repair/service background.
• Strong understanding of shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems.
• Excellent communication with customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete repairs on shingle, metal, flat, and other roof systems.
• Address leaks, storm damage, missing materials, and other common issues.
• Respond to warranty-related issues on completed roofing jobs.
• Complete service reports and repair documentation with before-and-after photos.
• Submit clear summaries of work performed and recommendations for follow-up.
• Perform flashing repairs and reseal penetrations as needed.
• Repair or replace damaged siding, fascia and soffits; install siding & windows per specs.
• Troubleshoot and address issues; install/replace windows and doors (residential/commercial).
• General carpentry and finish carpentry.
