Job summary

Simon Roofing is seeking a Roofing Service Technician in Orlando, FL. You will inspect problem roofs, perform repairs and preventative maintenance, and interact with clients daily, providing clear communication and professional service.

Extensive paid training is provided; the role offers over 40 hours weekly with overtime, benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k). Applicants must have at least 1 year roofing experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of roofing or construction experience (military experience acceptable).
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be 21+ to drive company vehicle.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel out of town up to 4 weeks when local work is not available.

Responsibilities

• Always follow safety on the job and while driving.
• Inspect problem roofs, perform roof repair, and preventative maintenance.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively; listen and clarify questions.
• Dependability: completes tasks on time and follows instructions.
• Drives a company vehicle to clients' buildings daily.
