Job summary

Holland Roofing is seeking an experienced Service Foreman in Minnesota to lead a small service crew (1-2 people) in troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections of commercial roofing systems. This hands-on role focuses on service work rather than large production installs, with opportunities for overtime and career growth.

You will be on-site, diagnosing leaks, developing repair scopes, and coordinating with owners and facility managers to ensure reliable, long-lasting roof performance.

• Find and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related systems.
• Lead and work alongside 1-2 service crew members.
• Communicate clearly with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
• Use mobile service apps to document inspections and repairs.
• Identify additional service or repair needs when observed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed.
