Qualifications

• Preferred experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen & metal roof repairs.
• Previous service helper experience desirable.
• Working knowledge of safety procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair roof leaks.
• Perform small repair jobs and roof maintenance.
• Make repairs on all types of roofs.

Skills

Knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures

Ability to diagnose roof leaks

Education

Valid state driver's license

• Ability to diagnose roof leaks
• Make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs
• Small repair jobs and roof maintenance

Service Helper Job Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety is preferred
• Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen & metal roof repairs is preferred
• Previous Service Helper experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
