Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman for the greater Knoxville area. This role leads roof maintenance and small repair jobs, diagnoses leaks, and oversees paperwork and time sheets while enforcing CentiMark safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen & Metal Roof Repairs.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed.

Responsibilities

• Will diagnose commercial roof leaks and make repairs.
• Lead in roof maintenance and small repair jobs.
• Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring safety policies are followed.
