CentiMark is hiring a Roofing Service Foreman for the Little Rock AR market. The role requires leading a crew, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient service delivery on commercial/industrial roofs.

Expect travel within the southeastern United States, with emphasis on Arkansas, West Tennessee and Mississippi regions. Applicants should have experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen and metal roof repairs, strong communication and leadership abilities, and be prepared for pre-employment

Qualifications

• Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod.Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.

ROOFING SERVICE FOREMAN

Duties Include:

• Ensure that the crew operates to optimize safety, service & quality measures.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod.Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Valid state driver’s license (in good standing)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 Feet
• Able to work within a team environment
• 18 years of age or older
• Able to work Saturday and/or Sundays, if necessary
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Have reliable transportation
• Must pass a pre-employment Drug test
• Travel within the southeastern United States (Primary Territory Arkansas, West TN, Mississippi)
