Job summary

Confidential Employer in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a hands-on leader to head the roofing service division. You will drive operational ownership from estimate through completion, lead technicians, schedules, budgets, and workflows, and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in roofing service management, deep knowledge of roofing systems, and hands-on project leadership. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are part of the plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years roofing service management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems (TPO, PVC, coatings, asphalt shingles, tile).
• Proven experience estimating and bidding roofing projects with electronic estimating software.
• Strong project management, scheduling, workflow coordination, and team leadership.
• Ability to manage budgets and job costing.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge; OSHA 30 Construction Certification required.
• Fluent English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow the roofing service division while maintaining high quality and customer service standards.
• Manage reroofing and repair projects from initial contact through completion.
• Schedule service calls, repairs, projects, and field technicians while balancing priorities.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, reports, and project documentation to customers.
• Coordinate with foremen, technicians, production teams, management, general contractors, property owners, and managers.
• Monitor budgets, job costing, financial performance, and division profitability.
• Ensure roofing work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Identify and correct unsafe field conditions and reinforce safety culture.
• Participate in production and safety meetings and operational planning.
• Represent the team professionally with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, roof coatings, asphalt shingles, tile, and leak detection.
• Proven experience estimating and bidding roofing projects using electronic estimating software.
• Strong project management, scheduling, workflow coordination, and team leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and job costing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards; OSHA 30 Construction Certification required.
• Strong computer, data entry, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable and insurable driving record.
• Fluent English required; bilingual skills are a plus.
