ROOFING SERVICE FOREPERSON and SERVICE LABORERS (Commercial Roofs)

CentiMark Corporation, a National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Service Foreperson and Service Laborers.

ROOFING SERVICE FOREPERSON

Job Responsibilities

1. Ability to diagnose roof leaks, and
2. Make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs.
3. Small repair jobs and roof maintenance.

Job Qualifications:

1. Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
2. Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & metal roof repairs.
3. Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
4. Authorized to work in the United States.
5. Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required.
6. Must pass pre-employment drug test.
7. Service Helper experience preferred, but not required.

SERVICE LABORERS

Job Qualifications

1. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
2. Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 Feet.
3. Able to work within a team environment.
4. At least 18 years of age or older.
5. Authorized to work in the United States.
6. Have reliable transportation.
7. Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
8. Roofing knowledge is preferred, but not required.
