Job summary

SmartRoof is seeking a driven field-based roofing sales rep in the United States. You’ll meet homeowners, inspect roofs for storm damage, and guide clients through insurance restoration, aiming to save them money and deliver top-tier service from first contact to close.

Training is provided, with a proven ladder from entry-level to leadership and six-figure earnings potential. Outdoor work, weather conditions, and a performance-driven culture are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated traits are essential.
• Dependable—shows up, follows through, takes ownership.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs in all seasons.
• Sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for wind and hail damage.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and restoration process.
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close.
