You will educate homeowners on roofing options, the restoration process, and guide them through the insurance claim journey to keep projects moving forward. The role offers strong earning potential, with hands-on training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn, take feedback, and follow a proven sales process.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a pickup truck or be able to obtain one within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Visit neighborhoods, knock doors, and build conversations with homeowners.
• Identify storm and hail damage opportunities and help homeowners understand what you discover.
• Explain roofing options and the restoration process from start to finish.
• Be the homeowner's advocate: help customers navigate the insurance claims process and keep projects moving.
• Close and build relationships by turning opportunities into completed projects with a great customer experience.
