Job summary

Vault Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative in Lowell, MA. This full-time role offers a guaranteed base_salary with a strong uncapped commission structure and company-provided appointments to support your sales efforts.

You’ll conduct 10–15 in-home appointments weekly, with no cold calling or door knocking. A comprehensive training program and ongoing coaching will help you excel, while W-2 status includes benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Self-discipline and money motivation.
• Proficient using laptop, mobile device, tablet, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week – No cold calling or door knocking required.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a thorough two week training program with our dedicated sales training team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
