Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) to gather information.
• Ability to climb a ladder and conduct inspections on roofs.
• Willingness to work outdoors and carry up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly, flexible but requires most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Climb onto roofs to conduct damage assessments.
• Respond rapidly to warm sales leads to close contracts.
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process.
• Work with insurance companies for claims.
