Gikas Roofing is seeking a high-performance Roofing Sales Representative (Full-Cycle Closer) in the United States. You will run in-home appointments, canvass for leads, inspect roofs, and close deals with uncapped commission.

Leads, mentorship, and a proven sales process are provided to drive your success. Ideal candidates are self-motivated closers with strong communication, coachability, and a drive to grow into leadership roles within a fast-growing, multi-generational company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to climb roofs and lift 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Ability to commute to Pearl River, NY.
• Prior sales experience preferred (roofing, D2D, or construction a plus).

Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales appointments with company-provided leads.
• Canvass neighborhoods and door knock around leads and storm areas.
• Perform roof inspections (training provided).
• Present solutions and educate homeowners on roofing and insurance options.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Maintain pipeline and follow-ups using CRM.
• Consistently hit performance targets (35%+ close rate).
• Collaborate with production to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent Gikas Roofing with professionalism and integrity.

Position Overview

We are hiring high-performance Sales Closers who can confidently take opportunities from inspection to signed contract. This is a full-cycle role you’ll run appointments, knock doors, inspect roofs, present solutions, and close deals. We provide the leads, systems, and mentorship your results are up to you.

What You’ll Do
