Position Overview

The Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for managing residential roofing projects from initial homeowner interaction through signed agreement and into production. This is a field‑based, performance‑driven role that combines project ownership, customer engagement, and sales execution.

Sales Representatives actively generate opportunities through neighborhood outreach, perform roof inspections, present tailored roofing solutions, and guide homeowners through insurance and retail processes. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and a smooth transition from sale to production.

Comprehensive training is provided on roofing systems, sales processes, and insurance fundamentals to support your success in the role.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required for scheduling, documentation, and communication
• Prior door‑to‑door or field sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to manage time independently
• Flexible availability; travel opportunities may be available
