Vault Roofing is hiring motivated sales professionals who want a rewarding career in roofing and exterior remodeling. In this Waukesha, WI role, you’ll receive training, strong support, and company-provided appointments to help you succeed.

You’ll conduct 10–15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly, with uncapped commissions and six-figure potential. This is a W-2 position with benefits, paid time off, and opportunities to advance based on performance.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday, Saturdays are mandatory
  • Schedule:
    • Monday through Friday appointments are scheduled at 10am, 2pm, 6pm
    • Saturday appointments are scheduled at 10am, and 2pm.
• Strong communication skills
• Self disciplined and money motivated
• Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
