Vault Roofing is hiring motivated sales professionals in Attleboro, MA to build rewarding careers in roofing and exterior remodeling sales. We provide training, support, and appointments to help you succeed, with a path to six-figure earnings through uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities include 10–15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly, training participation, and attending weekly sales meetings. This is a W-2 role with benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a 5 day work week including Saturdays.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficient with technology (laptop, mobile device, tablet).

Responsabilités

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business and drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a two-week training program with the sales training team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in ongoing coaching.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week - No cold calling or door knocking required
• Earn more commission for self-generated businessDrive to pre-set appointments
• Complete a thorough two week training program with our dedicated sales training team
• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday, Saturdays are mandatory
  • Schedule:
    • Monday through Friday appointments are scheduled at 10am, 2pm, 6pm
    • Saturday appointments are scheduled at 10am, and 2pm.
• Strong communication skills
• Self disciplined and money motivated
• Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
