Job summary

Kingdom Roofing Systems in Bloomington, IN seeks energetic in-home sales representatives. You’ll meet with homeowners, identify needs, and present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions using a proven sales process.

First-year reps can earn over $100,000 with an $600/week onboarding salary for up to 8 weeks, and an 8% base commission plus 2% self-generated and 1% bonus. Vehicle, leads, and paid training provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales experience required.
• Roofing, home improvement, or construction experience is a plus.
• Comfortable on ladders and rooftops.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use sales software.
• High energy, drive, and commitment to excellence.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with qualified homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and present custom roofing and remodeling solutions.
• Generate at least $1M in revenue within your first 12 months.
• Achieve required sales metrics: demo rate, close rate, average job size, and net sales.
• Generate at least one self-sourced lead per week.
• Accurately scope projects and maintain required profit margins.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the community.

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Full-time role with a flexible work schedule
• Appointments scheduled a month in advance
• Reps submit availability monthly
• Minimum of 2 Saturday appointment slots per month required
