Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative in Wichita, Kansas. This commission-only role (1099 Independent Contractor) includes paid training bonuses and a clear path to higher earnings as you close more projects.

You will meet homeowners through door-to-door outreach, assess roofing and exterior damage, and walk clients through the insurance claim process to secure replacement or repair work.

Competenze

• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Aggressive commission structure with clear performance milestones.
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door outreach.

• Meet homeowners at their residence to discuss roofing needs.
