• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales — core part of the role.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation; ladders may be used; company trucks may be available for drivers 21+.
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities
