Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Lee's Summit, MO seeks a Roofing Sales Project Manager (1099 Independent Contractor) to blend outside sales with hands-on project management. You will generate leads, inspect roofs, present contracts, and manage each project from contract to payment.

This role requires door-to-door sales, self-motivation, reliable transportation, and strong communication. Earnings are commission-based with potential for $70,000–$150,000+ per year and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales—core part of the role.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation; company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with a clean MVR.
• Access to a cell phone.
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on options.
• Prepare, present, and close roofing contracts.
• Collect payment.
