Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Lake St. Louis, MO is seeking a Roofing Sales Project Manager (1099 Independent Contractor) to blend outside sales with hands-on project management.

You will generate your own business through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, then guide each roof replacement from inspection through final payment, delivering value to homeowners. • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales — this is a core part of the role
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation required (you'll carry a ladder); company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Access to a cell phone
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once

This role combines outside sales with project management. Candidates must be comfortable with door-to-door sales — you'll generate your own business through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, in addition to company-provided leads, then manage each project from initial inspection through final payment.
