Job summary

Stronghouse is seeking Independent Roofing Sales Contractors to operate as a licensed, on-the-road sales representative. You will generate leads, meet homeowners, educate them on roofing options, and guide projects from first contact to completion.

Work independently with support resources and a proven system. This role offers total flexibility and the chance to build your own business within an established brand, with uncapped earning potential driven by your performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation.
• Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented professionals who thrive on independence and results.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Willing to learn and execute company standards.
• Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs.
• Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain).
• Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required).
