Qualifications

• 2-4 years of outside sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, solar, pest control, construction, or similar industries)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely carry ladders up to 100 lbs. and climb roofs
• Comfortable using CRM software, iPads, and mobile technology

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior storm damage.
• Generate your own opportunities while working company-provided leads.
• Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior restoration solutions.
• Build trust, solve problems, and close sales.
• Safely climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
• Use company technology (CRM, iPad, mobile apps) to manage your pipeline and communication.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from inspection through signed contract.
