The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading roofing company to recruit Roofing Sales Representatives for the Orlando, FL team. This high-income sales role offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, strong support, and real potential for growth.

You’ll meet homeowners, conduct roof inspections (training provided), guide customers through insurance and sales steps, close deals, and manage your sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Leads provided with uncapped earning potential.
• Roofing experience strongly preferred and prioritized.
• Fast-track growth into leadership opportunities.
• Flexible, field-based schedule.
• Dedicated support team to focus on selling.
• W-2 or 1099 opportunities available based on experience.
