The Staff Pad partners with a leading, fast-growing roofing company to identify motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join their Tampa, FL team. This is a high-income opportunity where your income is in your hands, with uncapped commissions and comprehensive training.

You will meet homeowners, conduct roof inspections (training provided), guide customers through the insurance and sales process, close deals, and build referrals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
