The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading roofing company in Atlanta, GA to recruit Roofing Sales Representatives. No roofing experience required—training provided—with strong earning potential and uncapped commissions.

You’ll meet homeowners, inspect roofs, guide insurance processes, close deals, and grow your pipeline while supported by a dedicated team. Yearly earnings start around $70K–$80K, with growth to $90K–$100K then $110K+ as you excel, plus commissions beyond these ranges.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing or construction is a plus.
• Strong communication and goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work outdoors and climb ladders.
