Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Canvassing: Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods, identify homeowners with potential roofing or storm damage needs, generate and self-source opportunities.
• Inspections & Consultations: Conduct roof and exterior inspections, educate homeowners on damage/repair needs, insurance claim processes, and available solutions.
• Sales & Closing: Present proposals and project scope, guide homeowners through decisions, handle objections and close deals confidently.
• Project & Pipeline Management: Manage deals from first contact to close, coordinate with internal teams, maintain follow-ups and steady deal flow.
