The Staff Pad identifies motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join their Fort Myers, FL team for a high-income, commission-based sales career. You will work in the field, meeting homeowners, conducting roof inspections, and guiding clients through insurance and the sales process.

No roofing experience is required; comprehensive training and tools are provided to help you succeed. You'll build a personal pipeline, close deals, and drive growth with strong support from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Door-to-door or outside sales experience is a plus.
